EUROPEAN OAK PLANK

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

Plank dimensions - 14mm depth x 195mm width x 2390mm length.

Construction - 4mm top layer of the species selected  /  8mm middle layer of Swedish Spruce forming the Svedloc locking system  /  2mm back layer of Swedish Spruce.  Smallest of micro bevels on the long sides and square edge on the end edges providing a seamless finish allowing no dirt to be trapped.

Pack Size - 2.8m². Packs contain a majority of full length planks, but to reduce waste and cost some part lengths can be included.  These are required to stagger the end joints for greater installation strength.

GRADE - HEARTS

Description - Large number of knots of varying size with open knots being filled. Colour variation within and between planks. The width of the full width plank shows off the character of the quality European Oak used by Berg & Berg.

GRADE - SPADES

Description - Fewer number of large open knots than the Hearts grade, as well as greater consistency of colour.  One of the most desired products in the UK within the entire Swedish Naturals range given its European Oak showing the species wonderful character but without being too rustic in nature.

GRADE - CLUBS

Description - The most refined of all of the gradings, with only occasional smaller knots and less colour variation within and between planks. Particularly popular with our Scandinavian, German and Swiss customers, providing a wood background without domination of the area.
